App for National Crafts Museum

As part of our academic project, our team of four conducted multiple visits to the National Crafts Museum & Hastkala Academy to identify challenges faced by visitors. Through direct interactions, we observed issues such as difficulty in navigation, limited access to information, and a lack of engagement with artisans and events. To address these problems, we developed a mobile application that enhances the museum experience with features like an interactive audio tour, event registration, restaurant booking, and an artisan marketplace. This app improves accessibility, engagement, and convenience, providing visitors with a more immersive and enriching way to explore the museum and its heritage.
